KPG effectively becomes your tenant, guaranteeing you a regular fixed fee every month even if the property is empty. Removing the worry of voids where you, as the property owner, would be liable for all the day-to-day bills such as council tax, gas/electricity charges and water bills. We would also cover any minor non-structural repairs up to an agreed set fee. You would have the benefit of a long-term rental, typically 3-5 years, with no tenant issues or maintenance costs.
